Learning goal: Students will read Frindle chapters 13-15.
We finished the book today and Frindle Activity #5 is due Wednesday, May 2nd.
We also started to practice how to write a magazine article and we looked at examples of student work. Students will start to practice a writing prompt in class tomorrow: "Write a magazine
article that explains what your perfect home would be like, including all its
special features"
Homework: Start practicing spelling bee words
Math
Learning goal: Students will estimate products and quotients with decimals (lesson 7).
We looked at examples on pg. 282 questions 1, 2, and 3.

Reminder
Gregg LeRock field trip tomorrow! Please arrive to school on time and students will just bring a snack on the bus to eat. They will return to school to eat lunch.
