Coat of Arms

Reading Buddies

Language

Students read Door in the Wall chapter 4 and we compared the meals eaten at the castle with what peasants eat.

Math

We reviewed yesterday's lesson on angles and worked through the rest of the textbook questions in class.

UOI

Learning goal: Students will work on a Coat of Arms project

Students started to create their own Coat of Arms that represents colours, images, symbols, and other thing that are important to the student and their family.  There are specific colours, symbols, and animals that have developed and held significance over time. Students used this guideline to help them create their Coat of Arms.

Homework: Complete at home if not finished in class.
