Medieval Times

Congratulations to Neel for getting into the first round of judging for Polar Expressions Competition!



Language

Learning goal: Students will learn about vowel pairs and diagraphs (Lesson 19).

Students were introduced to the lesson and read the story and the TIP. Students wrote their words in the agenda and started to work on lesson 19 activities.

Homework: Complete Lesson 19 if not completed in class.

Math

We took up the math review in class today to prepare for the math test tomorrow.

UOI

Learning goal: Students will start he Medieval units

Students had to brainstorm what they knew about the medieval ages and share it with the class to write on the chart paper. After, they created a title page based on the knowledge we came up with.

Re-registration packages are due February 12!
Don't wait until the deadline as you can make teacher requests for next year and we will try to accommodate those requests if they get submitted early!

March Break Camp!

March Break Camp registration forms were sent home back in October. We have had many students sign up since then and especially over the last few days. If you are interested in registering your child for our March Break camp, please send in the completed registration form, along with the $20 one-time non-refundable deposit in order to secure your child's spot (this could be paid in cash or through fresh books). This year there are two options to choose from the first being lunch and two snacks provided or the second being send your own packed lunch and a discounted camp rate! We also have daily rates available.
