Students continued to work on their science fair project. Students wrote the good copy of their research, project introduction, and hypothesis.
Math
Learning goal: Students will learn to measure to find perimeter.
Students learned how to find the perimeter of an object or shape when given the length in units. Students learned to add up the edges in order to obtain the perimeter. They had to remember to include the unit of measure in their answer for a full mark (ex: cm, dm, km, m).
Students worked in the textbook on pg. 325 and 326 questions 2, 4, and 5.

Students continue to work on their summative project and is making wonderful progress! Some students still need to finish up some small details for their device, while others have started or will be starting the explanation of their project.
Homework: All students must bring the materials they need to create the explanation of their project tomorrow.

Our Very First Book Fair is Coming Soon – Yee-Haw!
“Saddle Up & Read” with the first Scholastic Book Fair at St. Jude’s Academy – December 7 to December 14
There will be lots of exciting books, posters, bookmarks, pens and pencils, etc. to choose from!
Proceeds will go to buying great new books for our library.
Students interested in being part of the Student Crew will be meeting tomorrow (Nov.21) at lunch.
