Students wrote their spelling test for Lesson 5. The remainder of the time was spent on the math lesson for today on long division.
Math
Learning goal: Students will learn how to divide a 2 digit number by 1 digit number.
We looked at examples of division with 2 digit numbers to help students progress to 3 and 4 digit numbers. Students worked on practice questions today in class.
Homework: Math division practice sheet and corrections from yesterday's worksheets if applicable.
UOI
Learning goal: Students continued to work on their summative assignments.
Students have discussed their proposal ideas in class and came up with a list of materials they need to bring on Monday to create their presentation.
Homework: Students should bring the materials they need to create their project next Monday as we will be working in class from Monday-Wednesday.
