Learning goal: Students learned about using conjunctions in sentences.
Students learned about how to use conjunctions in sentences properly by using "or", "and", and "but" to combine 2 shorter sentences.
After students continued to work on their OWA practice by starting their rough draft on the snowy owl. Using the questions they answered yesterday in class, they had to write an introduction paragraph and expand their information into 3 body paragraphs.
Homework: Spelling test tomorrow.
Math
Learning goal: Students will work on a review package for Unit 2.
Students started their review package in class today and asked for clarification when needed. It must be completed for homework tonight as we will be taking up the answers in class tomorrow. Some students also completed extra word problems in class.
Homework: Complete math review package for tomorrow.
